A seamless, end-to-end, production line

From raw to ready

We’ve brought together the brightest minds and the latest technologies to create a truly seamless, end-to-end production line. No matter the component or material, the principle stays the same; start with the raw material and – through a fully automated process – end up with a finished, inspected, cleaned part without the need for constant human oversight.

Minimize manual handling

Every stage, from digital simulation and real-time measuring to smart coolant management and automated cleaning, is integrated into one streamlined setup. This minimizes manual handling, reduces errors, and frees up your team to focus on innovation rather than repetitive tasks.

The future is automated

The result? Faster production, higher quality, less waste, reduced manual handling and a smaller footprint. This isn’t just an upgrade, it’s an evolution. Don’t miss your chance to experience how automation and collaboration are reshaping the metal cutting industry. Come and see the demo for yourselves!

The new standard in smart manufacturing

Top partners and bold ideas
Step into the future with our Smart Integration Demo! With eleven partners teaming up to share their latest technologies and bold ideas from across the industry, we’re bringing you this groundbreaking project.

Real-time traceability and error-free machining

Our component begins as a 3D printed titanium part, which we follow through a fully connected and automated production process. Using programming and simulation software, accurate tool paths are created and when the cutting tools are measured, their data is uploaded to several locations including CAM programming, simulation software and the machine itself. This ensures we have accurate data for collision and gouge checking, reducing errors by eliminating manual entry. As the part moves through the machining process, tool and machine data are monitored in real time, ensuring every step is traceable and optimized.

The new benchmark for smart manufacturing

The component is then polished inside the machine and measured dimensionally using both traditional and advanced non-contact inspection methods. Finally, it is automatically cleaned and ready to go. Each step flows into the next, creating a smooth, efficient process that keeps things simple, minimizes human intervention and sets a new standard for smart manufacturing.

Meet the makers of sustainable manufacturing

Top partners and transformative thinking
We’ve teamed up with industry leaders to rethink every stage of production, bringing together advanced process optimization, real-time energy monitoring, automated coolant management, and smart tool measurement. If you haven’t already, now is really the time to start thinking about how to make your business more environmentally sustainable.

Seamlessly integrate sustainability
By optimizing machining cycles with smart software, monitoring and comparing energy usage, automating coolant management, and using advanced tool measurement, you can save time, reduce waste, and cut energy consumption – early results show up to 17% savings per machine. We’ve chosen a Francis turbine made from stainless steel to highlight the link to sustainable energy and, together with our partners, have created a production setup that’s not only more efficient but also sets a new standard for responsible manufacturing.

A new era for sustainable manufacturing
Sustainability isn’t just a trend, it’s the future, and this demo shows how innovative ideas and teamwork can help companies get ahead, save money, and operate smarter. Don’t miss your chance to see how tomorrow’s technology is changing the game today!
